- Do Stretching & Exercises –
Practice to do stretching exercises when you wake up. It improves your blood circulation and digestion, and releases back pain.
When you stretch, ease your body into position until you feel the stretch and hold it for about 25 seconds. Take a deep breathe which helps your body to move oxygen-rich blood to those stressed muscles. Don’t force yourself into an uncomfortable position.
- Proper Diet & Food-
Research shows that eating food properly is one of the most positive things which keeps you fit and healthy.
A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fiber breakfast cereal, sprouts, low-fat milk or yogurt, whole wheat toast, and a boiled egg.
Many of you eat out most of the time, so it’s important that you order right food in which half your plate filled with vegetables, and a quarter each of protein and good carbs. Take the good quality of protein and avoid red meat as much as possible. Chew food slowly and steadily until your mouthful of food is liquefied or lost all of its texture.
Water intake is more essential, so make sure you consume 2 liters of water per day. Instead of coffee, soda, cold drinks take tea and vegetable & fruit juices.

- Brush Up on Hygiene-
Many people don’t know how to brush their teeth properly. Improper brushing can cause as much damage to the teeth muscles and gums as not brushing at all. So many people don’t brush for long enough, don’t floss and don’t see a dentist regularly. Hold your toothbrush in the same way that would hold a pencil, and brush for at least two minutes. This includes brushing the teeth, the between the tooth, junction of teeth and gums, the tongue and the upper part of the mouth. Choose a sturdy, soft-bristled toothbrush one that you replace each month. Do brush twice in a day, once when you wake up and next before you sleep at night.
